All Sales Final

At Snowport Christmas Trees, we take pride in offering fresh Christmas trees and seasonal décor for your holiday celebrations. Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations, modifications, and refunds are generally not permitted.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and in person at our Snowport location.

Exceptions

We understand that issues can occasionally arise. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

Damaged or defective products: If your tree or another product arrives damaged or has a significant defect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery or pickup. We may offer a replacement, subject to availability, or another appropriate resolution.
Incorrect items: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please reach out so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Order or pricing errors: If an order is affected by a clear pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order and issue a refund where appropriate.

Cancelations & Returns

Because Christmas trees and seasonal greenery are perishable products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-related reasons.

Once an order has been confirmed, we generally cannot accommodate cancellation requests or changes to the selected products, delivery date, or pickup arrangements.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
